The Excellence Expo is a fulfillment of the second half of our organizational mission to "achieve excellence in life". Young people have to face the inevitability of adulthood one day. We are here to help them create a framework and outline. While they may not get it all figured out, guidance and exposure to possibilities of what could be is important. We are here to create access for disconnected youth to achieve excellence in life.
We are coordinating with Waterloo Community Schools District and other Cedar Valley youth organizations to target 6th-12th grade students of disadvantaged, underrepresented, and diverse backgrounds. We anticipate to serve up to 500 students. All attendees will also be provided a free meal.
This event will be comprised of three components: College & Career Fair, Skills Seminars, and Arts Workshops.

VENDORS
Registration is now open for two and four-year colleges and universities, post-secondary resources, military opportunities, trade and certification programs, internship and employment opportunities, and more. If your organization assists students in transitioning into adulthood this is fair for you.
All vendors will be provided a:
8-foot rectangular table
2 chairs
power strip for your electrical needs
black table cloth
black pipe and drape background curtain
All students will be provided a map for navigation. Prior to the event, an overview of all vendors will be available on our website and highlighted on our social media pages.
Registration for the vendor table is $300 and the deadline is Wednesday, April 3, 2024. However, this is not about a fee, this is about breaking down barriers to access and opportunity for those who normally would not have the option. Help us remove the "dis" from advantage.

Unable to attend the fair? We have another opportunity for you to build relationships with our students. We will also have a program booklet where you can purchase advertisement to reach up to 500 students, their parents and families.
